We are very excited about our new location! The 1,200 sq. ft. provides us with more space and versatility. We look forward to servicing the community.
In addition to personal and small group training, Embracing Fitness offers informative health and wellness workshops.
There is nothing more uplifting for the soul than a little outdoor fitness!
Getting in touch with nature rejuvinates your spirit~clears the mind reduces anxiety & depression.
Outdoor Boot camps and group trail runs are an
awesome way to get in touch with nature!
Races/ Trail runs planned for Summer 2017:
July 2nd & 23rd: Trail Run~ Starting in Cedar Grove,
3-4 miles~ Approximately 1 hour including full body stretch
August 26th: Spartan at West Point
Let's start now!! Incorporate a short run in with your walk
intermitently, a little each day, and you'll be running before
you know it. It could very well be the change your body needs.
