Core awareness and balance is the focus here. Combing the theories of dance, Pilates, yoga, & martial arts, we strengthen deep pelvic muscles while promot-ing good posture & flexibilty. You will also learn how to apply breathing technique to facilitate and execute total body exercises. Teach your body balance and promote good spinal alignment!

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different tech- niques, including postures and move-ment, breath aware-ness and breathing exercises, relaxation & concentration, self-inquiry & meditation.
A moderate to high intensity class which incorporates the TRX suspension method of total body training along with strategically choreographed kick boxing drills and the punching bag to HIT all muscle groups. Builds bone & muscle mass, agility, confidence and overall strength and awareness.
Participants will rotate from station to station in a curcuit fashion targeting all muscle groups with a wide variety of fitness tools and functional machines. In addition, class with come together intermittently to perform short bursts of high Intensity Intervals, and pair up with a partner!

Gentle Strength Circuit
If you are just getting started on your journey to health or have some limitations with basic movements patterns, This total body strengthening class moves a bit slower than a traditional group fitness class giving much attention to form, posture, & awareness. In addition to strength training we work on balance, flexibility, and breathing.
